My First Christmas!

I just loved this day!  The packages, toys, colors, noises, ahh!  So many smiles and so much fun!  Merry Christmas to all!

Lily and Sam were excited for me too!  They helped me with my stocking!

My name day, Saint Nicholas fell on December 6th.  We had special brownies and put our shoes out for him.  Yes, I even had a little shoe to add to the pile!  Now we are looking forward to Santa coming on Christmas just like the first Santa!  Here are a few pictures of me!

Getting Big!

I'm getting so big!  My family really can't believe it and I'm going to be 7 months this week.  Last night I decided it was time to feed myself and one of my favorite things to do is snuggle and play with my big sister.  It started getting cold here now so I have bundled up and braved the cold a few times.  I like being outside as well.

This was great and fun until I decided to shove the spoon down my throat. Don't worry, I didn't hurt myself!

Well, my sissy and brother got to update their blogs today and I didn't want to be left out.  I'm getting pretty good at my nap schedule and can fall asleep on my own now.  I'm a champ eater and enjoy almost everything.  I LOVE attention and smile at ease.  Overall, I am a pretty happy little guy now!

First Trip to Stoney Ridge

On the way out to the farm my family was talking about how they remember taking Lily in the front pack when she was a baby and have been every year since.  I decided to just take a short cat nap this morning and then we were off.  I hung out on mama and stayed warm.  I did end up falling asleep and waking up extremely happy ready for the rest of the day!  I met my mama's cousin for the first time as she was vising my grandma and papa.  Whew, what a day! 

Like my skunk costume?  It sure kept me warm!

Food and Fall Fun

I'm officially 6 months now and have been introduced to some yummy food.  I love to eat!  So far I have enjoyed some squash, sweet potatoes, and peas.  I'm not a fan of the oatmeal so we will just leave that out of the conversation.  I go for my official check up next Tuesday but you can tell I'm getting to be a big boy.  I need to toughen up so I can fend off my big brother.

5 Months

Guess I'm a little late on this one, more like 6 months.  We have been getting into a routine around here with sissy at school, mama working 3 afternoons a week and they are sure trying to get me on a schedule.  I'm not having too much of it though because I sure do not like napping.  I guess they are not giving up!  The life of a 5 month old: sleep, eat, play with my brother and sister, snuggle, smile (I love attention!), and lately battle this silly cold.  There were two exciting things to report this week, I tried some oatmeal and I rolled over for the first time.
